Executive Administrative Assistant to the Superintendent –  (Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm). The Executive Administrative Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative duties to support the operations of the Superintendent’s office. Duties include but are not limited to creating and typing correspondences, scheduling appointments, answering phones, copying, filing, faxing and maintaining filing system, etc. for the Superintendent and the School Board. Additional responsibilities include completing and submitting PDE forms and reports, assisting the Superintendent with processing and preparing new employee applications, scheduling interviews, maintaining employee records (soft and hard copies), updating HR databases (new hires, separations, vacations, and sick leaves), assisting payroll by providing relevant data, and maintaining ParentLink software.

Qualifications:  A successful candidate will have excellent organization skills, be detail  oriented, have the ability to multi-task and anticipate problems. It is preferred that candidates have proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms) and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).  Experience which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform a wide range of secretarial and administrative duties such as described below is preferred. 

The ideal candidate should demonstrate within his/her resume the following knowledge, skills, and abilities regarding your experience as it relates to this position: 

1. Demonstrated proficiency with GoogleDocs, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook, E-mail, etc. 
2. Knowledge of proper grammar, spelling, punctuation, sufficient to prepare and review outgoing professional reports and correspondence for correctness, proper format, and completeness. 
3. Demonstrated initiative and ability to provide administrative support and coordination in a variety of areas such as time and attendance reporting, security, records management, travel schedule, etc. 
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate orally effectively and in writing and ability to deal tactfully, efficiently, and professionally with all levels of personnel. 
5. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in handling multiple assignments with competing priorities, often under considerable pressure to meet deadlines. 

Education Required:  High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred. School Business experience would be a plus. Benefits include medical/dental, and life insurance/paid sick, vacation and personal days. Salary negotiable.


  • Cafeteria at Warren L. Miller Elementary School – 3 hours per day
  • Music Teacher (2 positions) – W.L. Miller Elementary School and NP-Liberty High School
  • Autism/Emotional Support Teacher – North Penn-Mansfield High School, Special Education cert. required
  • School Psychologist 187 day position with 20 additional days over the summer paid at per diem.  Minimum Base Salary: $49,303  20-Days Per Diem:   $5,301
  • Part-Time Paraprofessionals (multiple positions) – Mansfield.  Applicants must have a 2-year post-secondary education OR be able to complete a state paraprofessional highly qualified competency program within a specified timeframe (provided by the District).
  • 2 Part-Time Paraprofessionals for Phys Ed. – 1 at NP-Liberty High School and 1 at NP-Mansfield High School to help with Phys. Ed. coverage and other duties as assigned by the principal. 
  • Cafeteria Substitutes – $9.00/hour
  • Custodian Substitutes – $10.00/hour
