MINUTES:  BOARD OF EDUCATION-Reorganization Meeting –December 4, 2006

The meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by Board Secretary, James Rakoski, with the following members present: Barbara Shull, Francine Wunderlich, Susan Jaquish, Roxanne Landis, Frank Kollar, Terry Osborne, Ivan Erway, Gloria Schwab, and Dan Berguson.

Also present were Messrs: Kalata, Rakoski, Sikorski, Lindner, Barton, David, Jaquish, Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Sargent, Mrs. Drabick, Mrs. Sick, Mrs. Freeman and interested teachers and citizens.

On motion of Ms. Shull and second of Mr. Berguson, Terry Osborne was nominated to serve as temporary President. Hearing no additional nominations the Board voted 9 to 0 to elect Mr. Osborne.

On motion of Mrs. Jaquish and second of Mrs. Landis, Barb Shull was nominated to serve as President.  Hearing no additional nominations the Board voted 9 to 0 to elect Ms. Shull.

On motion of Mr. Berguson and second of Mrs. Wunderlich, Ivan Erway was nominated to serve as Vice President.  Hearing no additional nominations the Board voted 9 to 0 to elect Mr. Erway.

On motion of Mr. Erway and second of Mr. Osborne, Dan Berguson was nominated to serve as Treasurer. Hearing no additional nominations the Board voted 9 to 0 to elect Mr. Berguson.

On motion of Mrs. Landis and second of Mr. Osborne the Board voted 9 to 0 to adjourn the meeting.
