Agricultural education is vital to the health and well being of our nation. Modern agricultures diversity, technological complexity, and financial impact predicate a highly applied and eclectic course mixture. The procurement of food, fiber, and shelter is essential to the welfare of individuals and societies. Course work will expose students to information and skills that will serve them well in collegiate and vocational settings.
Southern Tioga School Districts Agribusiness program is housed in Liberty Junior-Senior High School. Access and transportation to this program are provided to all high school students in the district.

Students will become skilled in the acquisition, synthesis, analysis, and transferals of information. This course is designed to reflect the integration of several curricular areas to lead to the completion of a graduation project.

The Community service Volunteer service Program is designed to help our students focus on the needs of individuals within our local community and schools. This is consistent with the goals of our character education program.
The purpose of this class is to have the students learn and be familiar with the rules, laws, and skills a driver needs to be a safe driver. The students will also incorporate these rules, laws, and skills during the behind the wheel instruction out on the highway.
It is the goal of the Southern Tioga School District English Department that all students speak and write with skill and proficiency. Students will become familiar with major literary works and with various literary genre. Students will study vocabulary development and the grammar and mechanics of the English language.

The purpose of the Health Careers program is to introduce students to a variety of occupations available within the medical field. Students will have the opportunity to participate in both classroom and field experiences. This program represents a partnership between the Southern Tioga School District and the Laurel Health System.
The Industrial Arts curriculum provides students with an introduction to industrial arts materials, power technology, and graphic communication. Students will experience both traditional and technological approaches to industrial arts. The purpose of these courses is to enable students to have a strong grasp of the materials and processes of the world around them and be able to apply this knowledge to make them more affective consumers.
