Each judge will receive a copy of this sheet prior to the show so he/she has some basic information about your program this season – they may keep is for notes during the show itself. It is not a program book sheet for listing soloists, staff, special awards etc . . . . . Fill in the top information and then write a brief paragraph(10 lines max) describing your show – without names, awards, etc. . . .
