Extra Credit: Have you gone to a concert or other musical activity that is extra credit worthy? I am talking about
a concert of someone at the same level, or better than your group. If so, fill out the form below and
tell me about it! Bring proof that you attended the event to chorus and submit the form, and you will
receive bonus points in chorus.

by 'right clicking' and saving the file. This assignment is due by Friday, January 7, 2011 in order to receive credit.
