I believe that my job as an educator is to teach your children how to succeed in life.  This not only means learning mathematical equations and scientific properties, but also how to become a productive member of society through the 3 R's:

1.  Respect for self and others

2.  Responsibility for their actions and their work

3.  Relations with peers, supervisors, and

     subordinates.
