What is a SAP Team?

The SAP Team is a systematic process of identification, intervention and support, referral assistance, and follow-up designed to mobilize school resources to work with parents in helping remove the barriers to a students learning and school success.

What is the purpose of SAP?

The purpose of the SAP is to assist school personnel in identifying issues, including drugs, alcohol, and others, which pose a barrier to a student's learning and school success.

Who can make a referral?  

 

Confidential referrals can be made to any of the team members as well as in the mailboxes in the hallway across from the nurses office or in the library.  Referrals come from students, parents, or staff members.
