  • Receptionist/Business Office Specialist   This position is responsible for greeting/assisting parents, taxpayers, and community members, processing free and reduced lunch applications and serves as the Tax Collector for the district.   Successful candidate must have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail, be able to multi-task and problem solve in a fast paced environment.  Must be proficient with Microsoft office suite (Word, Excel and Power Point) and have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  High School Diploma required, Associates Degree preferred. Benefits include medical/dental and life insurance/paid sick, vacation and personal days. Salary negotiable
  • Secretary to the Office of Curriculum, Instruction & Assessment  This position serves as the administrative assistant to the Director of Curriculum, Instruction and Assessment.  Duties include: Supporting curriculum, professional learning, technology, state assessment administration and managing district grants. A successful candidate will have excellent organization, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and anticipate problems. It is preferred that candidates have proficiency with Microsoft tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel), Google suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms) and social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram).  Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.  Education Required: High School Diploma, Associates Degree preferred. School Business Experience would be a plus. Benefits include medical/dental and life insurance/paid sick, vacation and personal days. Salary negotiable.

Clearances MUST be renewed every 60 months (5 years) after being hired and you continue to be employed by STSD.
